The independent pharmacy Medway knows by name
For over 20 years we've looked after families across Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham and the rest of Medway, not as a chain, but as neighbours. Same pharmacist, same faces, same standard of care.

A high-street pharmacy that stayed local
Chatham Pharmacy opened on New Road in 2004, two minutes from Chatham station. While chains came and went on the high street, we stayed independent, which means decisions about your care are made behind our counter, not at a head office.
Over two decades we've grown from a dispensing chemist into a full clinical pharmacy: a private travel clinic, ear microsuction, weight loss support, blood testing and the NHS Pharmacy First service, while still delivering free NHS prescriptions to doors across Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Strood, Rainham and Walderslade every week.
Most of our patients come from word of mouth. We'd like to keep it that way.

Mandeep, Clinical Pharmacist
Mandeep has practised in Medway for over 20 years and leads every clinic at Chatham Pharmacy, from travel vaccinations to ear microsuction. He is an independent prescriber, which means many treatments that once needed a GP can be prescribed right here.
More than a shop on New Road
Free prescription delivery to housebound patients across Medway, flu clinics for local schools and workplaces, and work experience placements for Medway students every year.
